Golden Primera is the US based single-family office formed by a prominent Southeast Asian family, deeply rooted in a legacy of entrepreneurship and sustainable growth.
The family has controlling interest in one of the largest Asian based business conglomerates with global presence. It also has a large philanthropic arm that serves to elevate environmental, health and social standards in its respective markets.
Investment Criteria
Golden Primera allocates capital to and co-invests alongside investment sponsors who have established development and operational experience within their product segment. The firm works to ensure partnership alignment on per deal basis.

Leadership
Kah Jin Hong is the President at Golden Primera, responsible for managing the overall real estate business, formulating and executing investment activities across various property sectors. Mr. Hong has 25 years’ experience covering real estate M&A, financing, REITs, asset management across a wide spectrum of segments including industrial, residential, retail and hospitality sectors.
Prior to Golden Primera, Mr. Hong worked with Lippo Group, managing the development of a 3,000ha industrial township and led asset dispositions to Lippo’s 2 Singapore listed REITs. Mr. Hong was part of a founding core team that grew and established Keppel Land as the largest foreign developer in Vietnam. He also played a role in the establishment of Ascott Residential Trust during his stint with CapitaLand. He is a member of CPA Australia and graduated from Monash University in Finance and Accounting.
George is the Chief US Representative of Golden Primera, responsible for the origination and execution of real estate investment opportunities. He has two decades of real estate experience covering equity capital markets, investment, asset management and corporate finance.
Prior to joining the family office, George served as the Chief Financial Officer for Risland US Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of a Fortune Global 500 Company. George also worked for Tishman Speyer on private funds, Dalian Wanda Group on global real estate acquisitions, Forterra Trust on portfolio management and Morgan Stanley on investment management.
